Well it’s been a while since I wrote a review. I thot it would be a good time to remind people just how bad bet365 is. I hear the bad reviews and I’m not surprised. I totally understand people getting frustrated with the blackjack on bet365 I remember playing blackjack and it really was a joke. It shouldn’t be called blackjack. It should be called “ fraudjack”. I remember I tried it for about 8 9 hands and it’s almost impossible to win. I remember I finally got 20 which let me remind u is hard enuf to get Only to find the dealer from 5 gets 21. After that nonsense I didn’t bother playing. The way the cards come out for the dealer is like almost mathematically impossible I wish I was only complaining about blackjack or I’d still be with bet365. I had problems with the management after I complained many times Then instead of apologizing they put my account on hold. They can close my account cause i don’t deal with criminals anyways. I’ve been to so many casinos in Canada and thru all my years I’ve never witnessed so much fraud. Let me remind u people I once waited days to get a bonus. People get frustrated waiting an hour. Imagine days playing on and off for hours. That my friends is beyond fraud. At least try and hide it. I guess these guys take advantage of customers cause people love there website They do have the best site for easy betting but it doesn’t make up for the lack of customer service, management and disgusting payout slots I’ve been bored most days hibernating staying safe so I check reviews daily on here to see if anyone had the problems I had I’m glad u guys are coming forward. It’s really the only way to expose these criminals. I decided to just let god be the judge They’ll be in for quite a surprise on judgment day which is my belief that’s not far away as this pandemic is a sign of those times. I wish u all well but I’d advise u to try sports 888 or bodog. There great places to bet. They actually give u decent bonuses to play I gave bet365 so many thousands and 90 percent of the time they give u a 5 dollar free bet Yes 5 dollars. Hard to believe but that’s what u get when dealing with the greediest type of criminals I quite betting in general cause after my experience with bet365 I don’t want anything to do with any scammers. Opened account to place bet on Irish lottery 3 days ago and my account with my deposit has been restricted... why are they allowed to do this... its bloody theft... have I won and they have kept the money... i don't know cause I can't get into account... im taking this one all the way... yous have messed with the wrong lady here...

My sisters 9 years old kid stolen my phone when I was sleeping and lost all my money on bet365 online casino. Customer service is very unhelpful. They not refunded my money. No any change get money back and it's doesn't meter that my phone was stolen.

Whilst a good website and quality selection of football and horse racing bets they only receive the minimum review star. Quite simply, Bet 365 will limit your account if you start winning too much. I had used them for years. One day I won £1500 on a football game. Within an hour I received an email stating my account is restricted. Maximum bet £2 (which never gets fulfilled) No promotions and huge time delay on putting on bets. In the UK bookies should have a minimum amount they have to accept from a punter if they offer odds on an event. It would stop them being able to do this. Quite frankly, if you want to make money long term, don't use Bet365. They only want punters who lose. I'll stick to the exchanges.

Made my initial deposit, the following day, my account with money in it was seized and closed with no notice! They claim i once had an account and asked to have it closed. I had no idea! But i guess that gives them the right to allow me to deposit, then keep it! Very shady company, will chalk it up as a loss for not having done my research about them prior to depositing! Seems this is a common practice by bet 365!

Totally worst experience with the custommer service. Waited for long 6days for call back but that didn’t happened. Account was restricted without any proper cause. I contact them directly & asked why that happened they replied they will call me to discuss about that issue but i waited for their call which never happened.
