I've been playing here for about 2 years I do Win on here and had no issues getting my withdrawals, they use fastvisa so when you withdrawal back to your debit card the funds are instantly with you so can't fault that side! But I've been told I've had Promotions and stuff stopped on my account for nothing.... Basically like many others depositing and choosing to spend your money on bet365 results in having promotions etc stripped away, I've never experienced this on any other sites I've been a customer with in all my years! I did laugh when they said it includes loyalty promotions? You maybe get 10-20 (10p) spins credited like twice a month if that kinda insulting really, so yeah been a loyal customer here means 0 to them and they put restrictions on your account for basically depositing lol Make it make sense.

I've been waiting for almost a month for a $52 CDN withdrawal refund, and customer service is telling me that they do not have the money inhouse any longer and that it's with a 3rd party "under review". Whatever that means. Absolutely ridiculous. I frankly don't care about my 50 bucks, but for others whom I'm sure are out far more money, legal action should be taken against this company. Placed bet on football game with number of goals from one team. The first bet was quite high and was about to win, so I placed another bet with a higher number of goals. Both bets won but 2nd bet disappeared from my account. Embarassing fraudolent behavior... Nonsense

I’ve been reading the reviews on bet365 and I’m not surprised at all it’s that bad if anything I expected it to be this bad now at 80 percent. Bet365 can only get away with fraud for so long. I just wanted to make a note that I never cashed out once ever for almost 2 decades I’ve been with them. Maybe 15 years but not sure exactly. Even back then I complained and argued and thru closed my account Then rejoined after following security questions. It just blows my mind that I never cashed out once. Almost makes me feel stupid playing that long and wondering if I could really cash out. I can’t even say if that’s legit. I’ve been thru wars with bet 365 and I’m glad it’s finally over. I don’t gamble anymore at all Been thru too much with this horrible company. My account has been suspended for over two months and I've seen a huge increase in profits due to using other sites that reward customer loyalty rather than seek to punish or restrict it. I've also discovered that I can watch live events on these other sites without receiving uninvited and intrusive phone calls. I'd like to thank the person who suspended my account for doing something I should have done personally a long time ago. Cheers darling. Hope ur job is still secure lol.
