Their employee Andrew W needs to know how to talk to customers properly, he also closed live chat when I didnt finish my query. He is rude, not customer orientated and needs proper training before being allowed to deal with customers.

So they took my bet and then closed my account before I get the new customer offers. The excuse they gave me was that they couldn't verify my ID. I used an international ID as I do for the last 17 years I live in Ireland, which has all my details in English. They never offered me an alternative solution. They just closed my account without even notifying me of the closure. Very unprofessional, manipulative and very unhelpful company to deal with. I wish them all the worst for the future.

This is purely based on slots, the slots are rigged you can throw out all the RNG **** you like I'm a web developer and know how RNG works and I know it can be altered so don't even bother replying bet365 with that old **** just admit your slots are rigged up to **** and you're ripping people off atleast have the decency to admit that much, the sports betting is absolutely fine the slot just stay away if you value your money as the win to loss ratio is so tight for you to lose I don't think they could ***** it any tighter if they tried.

This is the worst company. They give a free offer at first then rubbish there after with that no matter how much you spend. Their customer service support is genuinely useless. They also try to pass off company lines, you just know they hate their job. And finally the tip over the edge is that they out a measure of responsibility which meant I am not eligible for offers less they "encourage further gambling" but yet I can still spend money? Cheap cheap cheap terrible ppl.

Slots have got really bad. Played on one slot game for 2 days now, I've had the bonus 3 times and everytime it's been below £2, free spins never occurred after 200 & odd spins. Like many reviews on here, the slots just spin and it's very boring, I see a glitche in the game when while playing. After spending what I have & had little fun. Won't be depositing or playing on this site again.

I tried to make a deposit deposit has been declined but the money has still disappeared from my account and it says I've spent it with them! Customer support didn't wanna know ROBBING THEIVING COMPANY do not use them they are scum they will take your money and run IT WONT EVEN BE ADDED TO YOUR ACCOUNT AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Set up an online account this morning and it was immediately restricted, which I didn’t understand. I contacted their live chat and they said they’d removed the restriction. I deposited funds to find out 2 hrs later I was restricted again. Live chat took ages before I was finally told that it was a ‘management decision’ to close my account. They can’t tell you why either, which is like being made to feel you’ve broken rules with no idea which rules or how. I’ve never bet before either, so it wasn’t as though I’m a known gambler with a bad record! They seem like they’re up to no good, it seems really dodgy and weird business, I’d avoid at all costs.

Odds are quite nice, but most horrible "support". Casino supports don't have very high expetations these days as they just wanna operate with minimum staff with small wages and try to make their bots to do most of "work". Then when some human contact you, only you ever receive is ready template emails which clearly show that person haven't even read your previous email, just chose template nearest to fit as reply to your case. Then when you finally think everything is sorted (supervisor confirmed via email that payment is made), almost week later they get back and inform that payment failed (because it was made to wrong place, whole issue was that couldn't use Skrill as it is closed but these guys processed funds there and these got returned to them) and they tell once again customer to sort out everything for them, if someone would have read email conversation, it would be really clear that they only would need to make payment again but instead they send weird requests to customer to verify different details without any reason and feels they just want to get rid off customer fast by sending stupid email and trust that it's not themselves but their colleague who will deal with it after next reply, horrible for customers and for sure not making better spirit at work either. But from horrible supports in casino industry, this company really set new standards how badly things can be handled!
