Stacey Freeman who is a part of Stamford’s football team has opened up the grief that has seeped into him ever since his friend Connor Saunders died due to a punch in the head. Connor suffered the cruel fate in 2012 when due to what the jurors termed a “misunderstanding”, a teenage boy punched him and knocked him out, which led to Saunders having brain damage.

Stacey teared up on a reality TV show while recalling the memories of his friends and the gruesome way he had lost his friend. Freeman also motivated men to not suppress their feelings and cry when they are feeling sad or going through grief.
