The betting aspect is nice but my holy god does it make you sign in a lot. Can’t go 15 seconds outside the app without signing back in. Yes it involves money but Christ it isn’t Fort Knox guys. Buttons freeze up and makes me log back out like I’m building a log cabin or something

Refreshes when I’m trying to build a ticket and I have to start all over. I HATE that

I started using this app last week and while I like all of the possibilities and information there are a couple of things that I find frustrating. Sorry if this is being too particular but the startup before and after entering the password is longer than when we would wait for aol to welcome you to a modem dialup connection. Additionally, if there is some trick to use thumbprint sign-in, I have yet to find it - I guess turning on the switch for it isn’t enough.

This app cannot verify the fact that I’ve lived in the same home for 15 years despite the fact that I gave them all of my most sensitive information! You’d think they’d make it easier for you to put your money in the app, but apparently not.

Tried to make several prop bets last week for Lamar Jackson to throw more than 2 touchdowns. For Lamar Jackson to rush more than 60 yards. For Lamar Jackson to rush for a touch down and more. Every time I tried to place a bet it logged me out and said I wasn’t in the right state even though I was. I redid this four times and it logged me out 4 times after submitting each time before giving up and not making the bet. All of which happened making it 3 bets I would have won. I have $40 left in my account and once I have gone thru that I won’t be depositing any more on this app!

It’s great to use when working properly but latest update is causing multiple problems not just with myself but others. Every time you open the app within a few minutes the app closes out and takes you back to your phones main screen. It’s extremely frustrating especially for how much time and money I put into this. Needs fixed immediately!

Great app

The website and app both can’t geo locate my home. I live in NJ and both are geo locating me in PA. The tech people weren’t able to fix the problem or suggest a way around it. Their solution was for me to drive to an area where I could place a bet or move. Seems like in this day and age with the technology available, this wouldn’t be an issue.
