Bottom line: Signed in, hit opt in button to nba promo, took me to the details of the promo, hit bet now in that promo, made wager as details said, and didn’t get paid.
Went on the chat line to discuss, stayed on hold for over 30 min, explained exactly what I did, and told sorry but not paying.
Horrible service!

Site is easy to navigate. In game bets available high percentage of the time. Clearly stated promotions. Buyouts a-plenty. Head and shoulders above competition.

Shuts down when verifying location constantly

If you wait until an hour before kick off on Sundays the app is useless. You cannot login or when you login it kicks you out. You place bets and it tells you your session has timed out and kicks you out. So basically if you’re looking to place bets when all the information is in you can’t because the app cannot handle the traffic.

Right before 1 o clock the app keeps freezing and saying location not verified. All before 12:50 everything is ok. As I’m putting in my last bets it’s starts freezing and won’t work. How convenient

Embarrassing for fanduel, so difficult to do anything on this app

This is only getting 2 stars because once the app is actually up and working, it’s great. Problem is, it’s CONSTANTLY freezing/crashing/not logging you in AND you can’t use it on WiFi or it won’t verify your location.

For all its convenience (which is why it gets two stars) this app consistently annoys me. It logs me out every 5 seconds while im in the middle of looking at potential bets, and then i have to log in 10 times and hope that at least one of those times the app registers the bet im placing. Hey fanduel, fix your app or ill find somewhere else.
