I just turned 21 and I was super excited to bet legally but my account is not working since they decided they needed extra information... I gave it to them and it’s a week later and I still don’t have an available account even though I have 32.00 dollars in my account they don’t seem to care. I looked forward to this for so long and crappy service ruined that for me. Like? C’ mon this coulda easily been fixed if they had regular customer service where I could call... its an easy fix...

Live in New Hampshire, DraftKings is unable to verify my location. I do live close to Massachusetts but that shouldn’t matter. Unable to place bets. Not happy. All my settings are correct.

I went to login hours after placing bets and it said my account was locked and I needed to contact them. They did not send me any notifications with any issues before or after that. I chose the live chat option and it asks for a description of the problem and doesn’t start a live chat. I thought this was a reputable company but this activity is highly suspicious. Choose a different company!!

The games freeze up and lately they are not working or will stop working in the middle of the spin. I like this app but lately it has been crashing too much. They also use to have faster withdrawal service. A few months ago it was a 5 star in my eyes not anymore.

Slow, doesn’t load the majority of the time and signs me out when “Rechecking location” WHEN it does. Unfortunately this is the only option for New Hampshire as they monopolized the market. I like the interface a lot, but the app itself has been really unreliable lately. Multiple times I’ve logged in only for it to crash right away.
I’ll then try to make a bet mid game, have the app freeze, and the odds change as I have to close the app and log in before I’m able to try again.
Best UI though of the available betting apps in my opinion, but starting to not be worth it with all the other troubles it has.
