It's ironic how the app freezes up during key bets.

Love the app. Super clean and easy to navigate!

I have experienced multiple bugs with the app. This has forced me to delete and reinstall multiple times. When it works, it works as advertised.

I find it very sketchy that the live dealers always seem to put together a 21

App is glitchy and not user friendly. Attempted to place a bet 7 times before it actually processed. Go to your bookie

When in the My Bets page:
1. Why does the list rebound back to the top once you get back to the main list? If I place 20+ bets, it is SUPER frustrating to have to keep scrolling down the page to get back to where I was. I just don’t see the need for that.
2. Something that may make it easier to view the current status of your bets without having to go into each bet is to place status indicator lights off to the right of each bet. Red = Failed/losing, Grey = push/inactive, Green = Won. I think viewing this way would be better than having to go into every single bet to look at the status.
3. Add an option to export bet history in a .xml file. I’m sure users would like the option to be able to see how +/- they are.

I had some good success using this app when it first went live in Indiana. Now for the last three days it won’t find my location when I’m at home. Customer service’s only answer is that I need wifi. I have never had wifi at my house and it worked fine until now. Horrible customer service and I wouldn’t recommend this app for anyone. Going to find another option.

First time using an online Sportsbook and I was immediately impressed by how easy it was to navigate the interface, myself being unused to apps of this type. I find the promotions a bit confusing and underwhelming, but the ease and variety of wager types make it well worth a deposit.

Love the app when it’s comes to just betting but the “deposit bonus” they offer is complete bs. I’ve still never seen any type of a useable bonus for any of my deposits. Also the withdrawal options are a total joke. If you want to deposit money you can do it within seconds from your bank account or debt/credit card.... but when withdrawing you can’t cannot put the money back in bank account or on your debt/credit card. Instead you can do a special prepaid card, PayPal, or a check. All of those options taking several days if not weeks to get the money back. DK has so issues at all taking the money from your account immediately but when you want to get some back it’s going to be very complicated and take a while. I had a buddy do the PayPal option and DK made him make a deposit from PayPal before he could withdraw anything to PayPal. Very silly. Took 3-5 days to get to his paypal THEN once in PayPal, PayPal also takes 3-5 days to transfer to a bank account. So with the PayPal option alone you’re looking at 6-10 days before receiving any money. With all that said the app is a great sports betting app, just a couple silly issues.
