"Title": Horrible customer service
"Comment": This app is good if you plan on never ever reaching customer service or having any issues with the app. However if you ever need to reach customer service there is a huge issue. There is no phone number so you have to email them. Takes 1-5 days for them to answer or they ignore you. Most times they don’t understand or don’t know their own app well enough to answer your questions. If there is a significant issue they have zero idea of what is going on. They offered an nfl parlay insurance promotion. If you lose 1 leg of a 4 leg parlay you will be credited as long it is not a teaser. I made parlay wagers as did my dad using the alternate spreads. We never used teasers and were credited the first 2 times the promotion came out. Then all of a sudden they didn’t credit us and said teasers don’t apply. We didn’t use teasers we were just smart enough to use all their app offers. They have no idea the bet we used and I’ve spent days trying to contact them and explain. Save yourself the hassle and do not use this app. You will eventually get money randomly taken from your account, not get a pay out or some other issue. Then you will spend weeks trying to explain to them their own system to eventually get screwed. Use another sportsbook. Or else you will just regret the hassle.

"Title": App crashes mid deal
"Comment": I mostly use this app for the casino mode. I’m on WiFi and always make sure the app is updated. I would say about 1/2 the times i try to play a slot i can’t even get into it. It will tell me error or app just closes. Same thing with roulette. Sometimes it lags so far behind i can’t even see the result of the spin and the app closes. i just have to look at my balance to see if i won or not which is annoying. I try switching off WiFi, closing the app and reloading, logging back in etc...no luck. There are a lot of slots and it’s seems like some are fine and some either lag behind terribly to the point you hit spin and it starts like 10 seconds later or you can’t even get to the spin screen and it closes.

"Title": Withdrawal options
"Comment": The app seems to be running fine. I gave it 2 stars because I went to make a withdrawal after winning my parlay and the only 2 options were sending me a check or going to Resorts in AC to get my money. I live 2 hours from AC and I don't want to wait 7-14 days to get a check. You guys had no problem immediately deducting my money from my bank account for my deposit but you don't have an option to put money back into my back account
Looks like I will be waiting for Fanduel’s sportsbook app to see what they offer for withdrawals.

"Title": Location issues and no support
"Comment": I signed up and deposited money with no issues, but as soon as I try to place a bet the app says it can not verify my location. Followed all steps it recommended on the error message and tried about 20 more times. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, WiFi on and off, etc, etc with no change, and then tried to contact customer support with no answer. I don’t understand what the issue is as I live in California and the regular DraftKings app works just fine. Considering this is a sports betting app and I cannot bet on sports, I would give it 0 stars if that was an option.

The ability to cash out if you make a mistake, the odds boost, constant promos, fantasy and live in-game betting makes this the most well rounded book in the industry. I believe it rivals the ‘super’ book in Vegas, puts to shame the offshore books and gives more realistic promos as well as pools. "Title": Technical support is terrible
"Comment": The app. stopped working on both my Ipad and Iphone. After a few days of trying I finally reached their ‘Technical Support’. After some troubleshooting they told me that my devices were ‘jailbroken’. I told them that I had just received the newest updates from Apple which meant that there was no way my devices were jailbroken(even took them to the Applestore to confirm). They told me there was nothing they could do. Oh well, more money in my pocket. The website only works from my Macbook but most of the time I am away from it so my bets are very infrequent. Maybe that is not such a bad thing.....

"Comment": And then it went terrible. I filled out a survey last Friday saying how happy I was with the app, I would tell friends to play, and I looked forward to playing more. I was excited! I have continued playing for the past week but it’s gotten to the point where I can’t wait for another Sportsbook to go online in NJ. The constant checking of location and asking me to log in again is annoying...but I can deal with it. The “error” when making a bet that tells me to check the betslip where 50% of the time the bet went through. Unacceptable. The communication errors (which are more and more frequent) that tell me to either try the bet again or check my open bets. Unacceptable. The trying to load the bet slip after the communication error and the bet not going through and it’s not even available on the slip. Unacceptable. The loading of my bets that sometimes brings up the DraftKings website login page inside the app and asks me to login in. Unacceptable. Then when I try to login there and nothing loads. Unacceptable. You gotta fix these issues or I will just be one of the many customers who you will lose.

"Title": Responsible and high quality
"Comment": The user interface is simplistic and high quality. Easy for new betters to use, educational for those who have never tried it before, yet on top of you to help prevent fraud or addition. The reminders of each time you log in help to keep you grounded in how many time you log in, which help to prevent addition. The constantly asking for log in info helps to prevent fraud. Very well done and very fun app !

Same setup as you here. There will be times it is unusable but 95% of the time it's ok. FanDuel is legal here in Indiana as well. That app operates much more reliably.
