Simply my favorite sports betting app. Easy deposit/withdrawal, easy to contact, quality and easy to use/navigate format, and has awesome promotions!! I recommend this app to everybody

I went to sign up and then had to upload my documents to proof my identity. My ticket was opened and closed and after I was approved I tried logging into the app again only for it to ask for the same documentation again.
In addition my buddy told me about the app via a referral and the directions and link were all but broken. @DraftKings if you don’t believe me my incident ticket was: 5300797. Again you have already approved my account so why is your app asking for my information
Update: Representative from DraftKings reached out to me and I now have access to the DraftKings app but not DraftKings Sportsbook. How is the app still asking for my documents when I have been approved by the companion app...

I just opened a new account with draft kings and when I entered in my card number it automatically took out 200 dollars that I did not authorize nor did it prompt me to confirm any decision about depositing money. Have tried for a week to get my money back and no one has gotten back to me. Very frustrating and disappointing. I never leave reviews but I had to on this one to warn people that their money might not be safe with draft kings if you enter your card information.
Terrible customer service. I usually hate reviews because they always just seem petty haha but I had to with this one because of how frustrating this has been.

My bank statement, passport or driver license ? Why do you ask for that? And why is it difficult to get my money? I have emailed the draftking support team . They have not responded and say your check is in the mail. This is why I am giving this review.

downloaded the app with intent of betting on football; they tell me they cannot verify my account. i have uploaded my driver’s license and bill (in my name) stating where i reside. the response i get is, “check back in a few months.”
i have lived in indiana for 8 months and because i work for a casino i cannot bet at our properties; i thought draft kings was the solution...i was wrong about that

FANDUEL IS THE WAY TO GO. Company is full of scammers and the customer service is horrible.
I have made bets they won and the company stated they lost. I had to go through hoops for them to agree their fault and credit my monies.
This company is HORRIBLE.
Whatever you do, do not play any casino games in this as they are completely rigged in favor of Draftkings. If you use this for anything other than sports betting you are going to lose yourself a ton of money.
I recommend FanDuel as they have live player prop features for betting and many more features that favor the player and not the house.
The dealer got blackjack 10 times in a row. Complete scam.

The “place bet” calculator since the last update is terrible. The “backspace” is way too close to the accept bet button. If you fat thumb something you may accept the bet instead of deleting it. It was fine before the previous update. Please either go back to the old calculator or move the backspace to up top away from the accept bet.

I had FanDuel app first. I have found the DraftKings has more options on betting and and easier layout than their competition. The one draw back is when you go to download the app, the canasta app comes first, and don’t get caught like I did and deposited $$ into that app first when I wanted the Sportsbook.
