• This promotion is valid from Sunday, March 1st, 2020 at 12:00 AM ET through Tuesday, March 31st, 2019 at 11:59 PM ET.
• Players who opt in to the promotion, make a deposit of $20 or more, and earn Leaderboard Points through deposits, wagers, etc., on casino and sports play during the promotional period will be eligible to win a share of a prize pot valued at no less than $100,000 at the end of the promotional period.
• For each day of the promotional period that there is not a winner of at least $15,000, $1,000 will be added to the prize pot.
• For each day of the promotional period that there is a winner of $15,000 or more, $200 will be added to the prize pot.
• The prize pot will start at the amount of $85,000.
• The minimum prize pot will be $100,000, and the maximum will be $116,000.
• Exact amount of individual prizes will vary based on amount of Leaderboard Points earned throughout the duration of the promotional period.

• The top 50 players on the displayed leaderboard who collect the most Leaderboard Points during the year will be eligible to get a free play bonus or equivalent tangible prize, as follows:

• 1st place/top prize winner will receive a lease to drive a luxury automobile for a year, or $36,000 free play bonus awarded monthly at $3,000 per month in 2021.

• Monthly installments will be paid out on the first Tuesday of every month in 2021.
• Player is responsible for all federal and state taxes that accumulate as part of tangible prizes.
• The yearly race 1st place winner, who chooses the Bentley Continental GT V8 Convertible or comparable vehicle instead of the free play bonus, will be liable for all the costs related to the lease of the vehicle including, but not limited to, the license and registration costs, delivery costs, full coverage insurance and vehicle maintenance costs. The vehicle has an estimated fair market value of $85,000.
• The yearly race 2nd place winner, who chooses the Matching Rolex Timepieces instead of the free play bonus, will be responsible for all sales tax and delivery costs associated with the acquisition of the prizes. If the specific models of watches are no longer available, the player will be awarded Rolex watches valued at $21,750.
• A single player cannot win more than one prize in the yearly race prize pool.

• The wagering requirement of 1x (one times) the bonus must be met to convert the bonus funds or bonus winnings to cash.
• Therefore, the requirements specified above means that players have to wager 1x (one times) the amount of the bonus before they can withdraw any bonus funds and bonus winnings, which will be noted under bonus balance.
• Wagering requirements refer to the amount of money player’s stake during the betting process, relative to the amount of the bonus - otherwise known as the amount 'turned over.

• For example: A $10 bet on a slot game listed at 100% will count as a $10 bet towards meeting the wagering requirements. A $10 bet on a game listed at 20% will count as a $2 bet towards meeting the wagering requirements. A $10 bet on a game listed at 25% will count as a $2.50 bet towards meeting the wagering requirements.
• All winnings made with bets from the bonus wallet will be retained in the bonus wallet until the wagering requirements are completed.
• For clarity, all winnings from bets made with cashable wallet funds (player’s own cash) are available for the player to wager or withdraw at any time.
• Player’s cashable funds (player’s own cash) is wagered first at all times, even if a cash deposit is made before using all the bonus funds.
• If a player attempts to withdraw with any bonus balance that is active, they will be given the choice to continue to withdraw and forfeit their existing bonus balance (which will include any winnings made with bonus funds or a portion of bonus funds) or cancel the withdrawal to continue playing and retain the bonus balance.
• Any player that accepts to continue the withdrawal and forfeit the current bonus balance will not be able to change this after clicking on the accept button.
• If the wagering requirements are not completed within seven days, the entire balance (bonus+bonus winnings) will be removed.
