I live in Hanover Indiana and although I live 2 miles away as a bird fly to Kentucky I must drive a 1/2 mile from my house to place a bet. I’ve contacted them about this problem but nothing has been solved. The error I get is that I’m in Kentucky. We have GPS today so why am I having problems. I’m looking into another Sportsbook ☹️????????

Excellent user interface, superb promos, and terrific customer support! Fan Duel is by far my favorite sportsbook app!

I really like the Sportsbook but how can your whole site go down in the middle of nfl wildcard games. No help from customer service with placing bets via chat and phone service is closed. If the site goes down the customers lose. Lots of other sportsbooks out there.

Slow service and app felt very glitchy

My experience so far with FanDuel has been awful. They promised a “risk free” first bet and then refused to honor it. They sent me an email telling me that I’m getting site credit but then refuse to give the credit claiming the email was a mistake. Half the time the site is down and cannot be used. It takes them 3-4 days to respond to simple questions. I plan to switch to DraftKings to see if they are any better. I wouldn’t recommend FanDuel to anyone.

The app doesn’t work during busy times when you want to place a bet. Bonuses and credits don’t always come in. Customer service is AWFUL. Might get a res once in a day or two but usually not. Use draft kings instead.

I have had multiple issues with this app and even had problems where I lost money because they weren’t clear about certain promos. I wouldn’t trust their chat support or promos at all

App was acting up and they don’t respond the request on email

I won’t be using this app anymore. Twice I went to place a bet and it ended up placing a random bet far higher than I asked. Reached out to support about this issue and they casually blamed it on user error twice. Thank god it wasn’t a lot of money but there’s definitely better built apps out there. And better customer service to accompany those apps.

Oh I got a promo in the mail that gave me a free $20 deposit it also said no other deposit required and I’ve downloaded the app and I could not find where to add the $20 deposit and the online chat I tried a few times and nobody was there to chat with
