I put 200 on the chiefs spread for the super bowl. At the end of the game I was shocked to find I lost because fan duel says I bet the Niners instead. Now I have been using the bet rivers app for once and this has NEVER happened to me. It adds to my suspicion that I couldn’t access my account for over an hour after the game was over. I had no intention on betting the Niners so it wasn’t like I was going back and forth. I wanted chiefs all the way. I even checked mid way through the game and saw I could cash out for $140, and I didn’t notice anything wrong then. I’m not saying it’s impossible but I think I would have noticed. Again, I have been betting since it became legal in PA, probably have close to 100 wagers and this has NEVER EVER happened to me. I think it’s convenient it happened on my risk free bet. After I use the site credit I won’t be using fan duel again

This app crashes all the time and is laggy. There is also inaccurate information displayed sometimes for games. Overall a clunky user interface considering how much money went into this. Honestly pathetic.

DraftKings Sportsbook app is so much better than this trash. It’s so buggy especially on iPhones without the home button. It also takes forever for them to settle your bets. Like 10-15 minutes after the game is over. If I could give this a zero star I would!

I won’t be using this app anymore. Twice I went to place a bet and it ended up placing a random bet far higher than I asked. Reached out to support about this issue and they casually blamed it on user error twice. Thank god it wasn’t a lot of money but there’s definitely better built apps out there. And better customer service to accompany those apps.

Always seems to change odds or over under when you place a bet. Also the times and scores for the games seem to be off way too much.

Your app was down lost me a ton of money not being able to cash out. Didn’t get a refund inexcusable

Cashing out is so simple and easy I love it ...other sites make it so difficult ... fanduel Sportsbook has it correct .. I enjoy it ..

Who seems like a fake review. But when I tell you this is top of the line. Please believe me. Promos aren’t gimmicks. Cash out options are fastest in the industry. Responsiveness is great for the app itself.

If you take user feedback seriously this should be a no brainer.

Haven’t won yet this year but Fanduel is a good site! They need more cash outs though!

Site is easy to navigate. In game bets available high percentage of the time. Clearly stated promotions. Buyouts a-plenty. Head and shoulders above competition.
