Promos and bonuses are the only reason I ever make bets anywhere else. FD also has the best bonus available. Unlike some other options that require play through, FD site credit can be used fully right away and on any odds.

FanDuel did not honor a promo bet and pay out on the PennState vs Memphis game. Also right before the nfc wildcard game between the eagles and Seahawks the app goes down for planned maintenance???? How do you plan maintenence then. Do it on a Monday..... Horrible experience so far.

They give you these ridiculous odds boosts to lure you in to making dumb bets and you lose all your money. Also their bonuses they give you take forever to show up and need to be played thru dumb amounts. Good luck

My experience so far with FanDuel has been awful. They promised a “risk free” first bet and then refused to honor it. They sent me an email telling me that I’m getting site credit but then refuse to give the credit claiming the email was a mistake. Half the time the site is down and cannot be used. It takes them 3-4 days to respond to simple questions. I plan to switch to DraftKings to see if they are any better. I wouldn’t recommend FanDuel to anyone.

So for the current casino mode it says new players get their net losses incurred back. I only received 10 dollars back but made 86 bucks and then lost them. I thought we got a refund for the total net loss like it says.

I love the app and all the promotions are great. However, the app is not at all optimized for the iPhone 11 Pro Max. The app does not properly fit the screen at all and is very clunky at times. Really sloppy work for an app with a lot of money behind it and needs to be fixed.

I have had multiple issues with this app and even had problems where I lost money because they weren’t clear about certain promos. I wouldn’t trust their chat support or promos at all
