This app is horrible, I play in a state where it is 100% legal yet it continues to not be able to verify my location. I have reached out to customer service and am waiting to hear back. App also crashes. Basically holding my money hostage and I am not happy.

I put in a bet on their odds boost section and it was luka doncic to record a triple double and Mavericks to win +370 I quickly took the offer. After putting the bet in I went and looked what the actual odds would have been and the odds should have been +622. So their odds “boost” is a total scam for them to get better odds!! Absolutely disgusting. I sent an email to them saying I want my money back or to get the odds I should be getting on the bet and not this complete scam of an offer they are putting out there. I have not heard back yet. This site is a disgusting scam

Terrible customer service. Can’t even get logged into the site correctly and the verification process is a mess.

I just opened a new account with draft kings and when I entered in my card number it automatically took out 200 dollars that I did not authorize nor did it prompt me to confirm any decision about depositing money. Have tried for a week to get my money back and no one has gotten back to me. Very frustrating and disappointing. I never leave reviews but I had to on this one to warn people that their money might not be safe with draft kings if you enter your card information.
Terrible customer service. I usually hate reviews because they always just seem petty haha but I had to with this one because of how frustrating this has been.

My bank statement, passport or driver license ? Why do you ask for that? And why is it difficult to get my money? I have emailed the draftking support team . They have not responded and say your check is in the mail. This is why I am giving this review.

I was offered a free $20 with no deposit required from Facebook for signing up and I never received it. I contacted support and haven’t heard back from them. It’s been two days now and not even an acknowledgement that my message was received.
*Update*
I was contacted by customer support after three days. At first they only offered me $10 so I let them know I wasn’t happy about them not honoring their agreement. They then gave me the $20 I was originally supposed to get and an additional $10 back. Satisfied customer

I had some good success using this app when it first went live in Indiana. Now for the last three days it won’t find my location when I’m at home. Customer service’s only answer is that I need wifi. I have never had wifi at my house and it worked fine until now. Horrible customer service and I wouldn’t recommend this app for anyone. Going to find another option.

DraftKings is by far the worst sportsbook app. I signed up through a friend referral but they refused to honor the deal. Customer service was terrible. After they refused to honor the deal I had to jump through hoops to withdraw my money. Also User interface is clunky compared to FanDuel and FoxBet. Try those first.
