gambling site, just recently did registration, provided all personal details, tried to top up deposit with no progress, all cards rejected, after a minute received email, that my account has been closed down due to the nature of your business. Like is going on in this hole, banning peoples for no reason and to get in touch with someone it’s impossible..

They are a shocking betting company. Ban people on signing up, cant get through to their live chat, send same messages about asking for bank info to wire winnings instead of interac, even when you send tyhem info you have to resend. Live chat says your 1 in the queue but takes more than 1hr to respond. Its aweful something needs to be done.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Bet365 is a shadow of it's reputation really. I literally uploaded three government-issued ID document for verification but keeps getting rejected. Mailed customer support to inform them I had troubles depositing money into my account but no response, only to get an email that my account has been closed "due to the nature of my business"! Like really?

Opened account placed bet then got email saying account closed due to nature of business never bet with 365 placed 1 bed then get barred no explenation or reason asked them to remove my data told they won't seems shady get your bank and personal details by deception then close account and won't remove details got to be some accountability from bet365 only opened account with them as good welcome bonus and they were supposedly one of the bigger companies

Unable to log in for weeks with incorrect details yet I use Face ID to log into the app so it’s impossible for the details to be incorrect it’s laughable. Attempted to use the customer chat twice which is absolutely awful. It kicks you off the chat on the app and the agents close the chat. Which is always fun after waiting 30-45 minutes to get through. I was asked to send over passport photos, driving license, proof of deposits, proof of withdrawals, proof of bank wire. I was only after a simple solution not trying to join mi6! This problem only occurred once I made a withdrawal which has been 6 days now and I am yet to receive the money.

One star was the only option, Since begining of 2022 my account that I have had for more than 10 years has been locked and restricted by a poor app that when Face ID recognise the company and paste the password by is wrong but all other company don’t have a issue with it. After email, phone calls about everything my account has been closed and the balance withdrawn. Only need ids a payslip and months bank statement but more was required to continuing placing bets to give them money. Only positive thing is I get my balance back. Join at your own risk and if you are the kind of person that like to give your life personnel info and money to the company

Worst around. Lock accounts for no reason you provide what's asked they request more and more basically making it impossible to re open have an account with over £600 in it almost a year nothing but a conning company do absolutely nothing to help you. Asked me to provide a photo of a card lost a year ago when I contacted them to cancel it told me still need to provide a photo of the card even though lost that's how impossible they make it for you. Avoid at all costs

I would stay away from this site as after having an account for years and putting in a far amount of money I tried logging in last week and wasn’t able to, I contacted them about it which I was asked to send my details from account which I sent and haven’t heard back from them for a week now. They obviously blocked my account with out contacting me before doing so which I find very disturbing and totally unprofessional with the way they have treated a customer of theirs so anyone thinking of joining this casino site then I’d suggest going some where else instead!

Joined bet365 to bet on Grand national. Spent £30 but after race could not login to website. It says Details are unrecognised. Joined their support Live Chat and after explaining ny problems they just terminated the chat session and displayed the login screen. Tried this 6 times, each time waiting for approx 100 people in the queue. This is a very sloppy, unprofessional company you would do well to avoid. They are no better than scammers.

They dont require email verification to setup an account so people can setup bet365 accounts using your email address. Also no limit on accounts per email address. Have had to phone up multiple times to close accounts setup fraudulently using my email address. General lack of security awareness compared to industry.
